You will handle inquiries, provide pricing information, and maintain professional communications via phone and in person. You will perform administrative tasks, support colleagues, and ensure accurate handling of refunds and basic math tasks.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Excel, Word, Power Point and General Microsoft Office Applications
• This position requires the ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
• Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate services to address their needs.
• Maintain broad knowledge of pricing and promotions.
• Handle refunds with basic mathematics accuracy.

• Listen to customer needs and build rapport with guests.
• Clarify inquiries and provide resolution using available tools.
• Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and filing.
• Answer phones professionally and route calls as needed.
• Assist colleagues with administrative tasks.
• Perform administrative duties.
• Answer, forward, and screen calls.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Other related duties as assigned.

Position Type: Customer Service Agent
Pay: $18/HR + DOE
Location: Galveston , TX
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

• Use non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and offer the most appropriate services to address their needs.

• Maintain broad knowledge of pricing and promotions.

• Have knowledge of basic mathematics to accurately handle all approved refunds.

• Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner while responding to incoming phone calls and intercom calls.

• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport with the Guests.

• Clarify customer inquiries; probe for understanding, and use tools/resources to appropriately provide resolution to the Guests.

• Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing and filing.

• Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.

• Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks.

• Performing administrative duties.

• Answering, forwarding, and screening phone calls.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Additional related duties as assigned.
