Job summary

SingleLiving is seeking a Station Operations Associate to support ground handling activities at our Anchorage facility. The role covers customer service tasks, equipment upkeep, and coordination of station staff to ensure smooth operations both above and below the wing.

You will train agents, maintain a calm demeanor under adverse conditions, and step in for the Station Manager when required. A strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Superb customer service skills and prior experience.
• Experience as a Customer Service Agent in a Part 121 environment preferred.
• Ability to perform above wing duties.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a consistent basis.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Must be able to remain calm during adverse conditions.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Keep the station orderly and clean.
• Keep all equipment in working order and report repairs as needed.
• Provide initial and recurrent training compliant with Company policies and regulatory requirements for all ground operations staff and contractors.
• Provide training for station agents.
• Lead, assist, and direct station employees as necessary.
• Fill in for Station Manager when needed.
