Customer Service Advisor, Remote

$17.31 per hour + Performance-Based Bonuses

Full-Time Schedules Between 7am – 12am CST

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls from customers regarding their recent purchases.
  • Assist with tracking numbers, order statuses, product returns, and other post-purchase needs.
  • Use problem-solving skills to find quick solutions and resolve issues.
  • De-escalate frustrated customers with empathy and professionalism.
  • Occasionally assist with upselling or cross-selling when appropriate.
Qualifications
  • A compassionate and patient individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills.
  • Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
  • Customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required; training provided.

Minimum Requirements
  • At least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Successfully pass a criminal background check.
  • Minimum six months customer service experience.
  • High-speed internet (download 10 Mbps+, upload 3 Mbps+, ping < 175ms), Ethernet connection required.
  • Typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
  • Secure, private workspace.
  • Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS preferred.
  • Flexible working hours, including weekends.
  • Reside in eligible US regions.
