Mister Car Wash, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a fast-paced team. You’ll engage with customers, recommend services, and help create memorable car-wash experiences while upholding our standards of hospitality and safety.

This role offers daily pay options, competitive hourly pay, generous PTO from day one, full benefits, and opportunities to grow with a national employer as you build relationships and expand your skills.

Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with strong people and listening skills.
• Ability to connect with customers and understand their needs.
• Attention to detail and pride in your work.
• High energy and willingness to be active outdoors in varying weather.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to stand, kneel, sit, walk stairs, and stay mobile for long hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs to waist, 25 lbs to chest, and 15 lbs overhead.

• Able to stand, squat, kneel, sit, walk up and down stairs, and remain mobile for long hours
• Able to lift 50 lbs. to the waist, 25 lbs. to the chest, and 15 lbs. above the head
