Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Penn Hills, PA, is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will greet guests, present oil change options and related services, and use product knowledge to build customer trust. Training will prepare you to communicate effectively and confidently under the hood.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and learn automotive service procedures in a non-climate-controlled environment. English proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable suggesting additional services to guests based on inspection and/or manufacturer and Valvoline recommendations.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Interacting with people face-to-face.
• Eagerness to learn and grow.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Will be cross-trained as a top-side technician.
• Full mobility and ability to work with hands above head.
• Stand for extended periods and climb stairs.
• Comfortable in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• English fluency in reading, writing, and speaking.
