Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) in Rome, NY is hiring a Customer Service Advisor. You will be the first and last face customers see, using product knowledge to present oil change options and additional services.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or front-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to explain services and options clearly to customers.
• Willingness to learn and grow through training and development.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking required.
