As a Customer Service Administrator 2, you will perform intermediate clerical duties supporting the operational functions of the Service Center. Responsibilities include:

  1. Responding to calls or contacting customers regarding shipment status, billing, Cash on Delivery (COD), Driver Collect, tracing, issues, or rating information.
  2. Researching and responding to requests from internal customers or Service Centers.
  3. Scheduling delivery appointments and assisting drivers with pickup or delivery issues.
  4. Calculating hours worked and Linehaul miles, compiling driver hours of service, and completing driver log summaries.
  5. Assisting with generating manifests and closing loads, entering load details into the computer.
  6. Providing clerical support to Service Center Account Managers, Account Executives, or Senior Account Executives.
  7. Making follow-up calls to customers as needed.
  8. Maintaining sales appointment schedules and a list of sales leads.
  9. Entering pay data into the payroll system.
  10. Supporting recruiting efforts by coordinating advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  11. Coordinating new hire orientations and assisting with Service Center training by scheduling classes and ordering supplies.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Satisfactory background check and drug test.
  • At least 6 months of related or office experience.
  • Strong customer relations skills and effective communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with interruptions.
  • Computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Preferred: Experience with Customer Service, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and multi-line phone systems.

Pay: $20.08 - $24.91 per hour
