Where You Will Work

Our state-of-the-art 200,000 sq ft facility in Chandler, Arizona exemplifies our commitment to precision manufacturing. It features advanced CNC machining with Hermle RS2 Robot Cells, 6-axis Kuka Robots, Hermle C22U 5-axis Machining Centers, and 72 Hermle 5-axis CNCs, all equipped with Swiss fixturing and robotics from Erowa, enabling real-time data-driven decision making to enhance productivity.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Maintain strong client relationships and meet their needs promptly and effectively.
2. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels.
3. Assist clients with inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring high satisfaction.
4. Accurately manage data entry to keep client records up-to-date.
5. Address client concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary for timely resolution.
6. Interpret customer requests, monitor performance and delivery, investigate complaints, and ensure compliance with warranty or maintenance agreements.
7. Administer and oversee customer accounts, including RMA support.
8. Coordinate with relevant departments on contractual, technical, and quality issues; resolve invoice or billing discrepancies and provide delivery updates; research account histories for collection activities.
9. Participate in cross-functional or project teams as assigned.
10. Serve as a liaison for inter-departmental communication.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.
