Job summary

Texas Ace Service - Heating & Air in Midlothian, TX is seeking a capable CSR/Dispatch assistant to manage a multi-line phone system, schedule customers, and coordinate with technicians across the DFW area. You will handle emails, data entry, and transfer calls to the right departments while maintaining a friendly, efficient office presence.

Flexibility in schedule is required; on-call one week each month offers overtime pay and an on-call bonus.

Qualifications

• Requires CSR experience (2 years).
• HVAC experience preferred (1 year).
• Detail-oriented with multi-tasking ability.
• Familiar with the Houston metro area.

The ideal candidate would be able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment on multiple platforms. We would also need someone that can effectively communicate with our customers and technicians with ease, and someone who can learn quick! You would be responsible for handling a multi-line phone system, making calls to schedule our customers, book appointments accurately and have basic knowledge of the DFW area map. We are looking for a candidate that is extremely detail-oriented and able to multi-task with ease, because after all, this is an HVAC company in Texas!

This position provides the opportunity to work the On-Call phone one week a month for additional overtime pay along with an on call bonus, where you handle the phones on nights/weekends from home.

Requirements:

• Ideal Candidate ALSO has familiarity with the HOUSTON metro area
