Fully Promoted Gahanna, OH is seeking a team player for an inside customer service position. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for clients and build relationships through various communication channels. We are looking for a team player who likes coming into something different every day. This is a true inside customer service position building real relationships with your clients. You will have a consistent weekday schedule.

What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients in person, by phone, and via email
• Respond to inbound inquiries with product recommendations, pricing, and quotes
• Conduct outbound sales calls and telemarketing to existing clients, inactive accounts, and new prospects
• Follow up with top clients and manage ongoing account relationships
• Prospect new business using lead lists, directories, and local business resources
• Support and execute in-house marketing efforts, including direct mail campaigns
• Guide clients through the full order lifecycle, from quote to completion
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM for effective follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with vendors to support pricing and order accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management is preferred but not required.
• Comfort with outbound calling, prospecting, and follow-up
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Basic computer skills, including Windows and Microsoft Office
• Experience with POS, accounting, or CRM systems is a plus
• Promotional products, embroidery, or graphics industry experience is helpful but not required
