Zito Media seeks a Customer Sales & Service Representative in our Coudersport call center to be the primary contact for sales, activation and support of Video, High Speed Internet, and Voice services. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week role with varied hours including nights and weekends.

You will provide inbound support, process billing, assist with installations, troubleshoot technical issues, and drive customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is required.
• Superior telephone skills are required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (incl. PowerPoint and MS Publisher) is required.
• Proficiency with email programs and general Internet use is required.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
• High energy, positive attitude, and team player.
• Able to work with limited management involvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide inbound telephone support to customers and handle information requests or technical difficulties to reduce service calls and improve satisfaction.
• Process billing payments, reconcile cash drawer, and research installation/service status to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Troubleshoot high-speed data products remotely to assist with problems and outages.
• Add equipment to billing accounts, coordinate installs and trouble calls, and document customer accounts daily.
• Demonstrate superior customer service and support various duties as assigned.
• Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
