Job summary

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time customer service representative (CSR) in Newport News, VA. You will support the sales team and customers, process inquiries and orders, source parts, and assist in generating sales while helping in the stockroom and delivering material as needed.

The role requires 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience, strong attention to detail, a high school diploma or equivalent, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record (MVR).
• This position is not eligible for relocation benefits and is expected to be performed on site.
