Applied Industrial Technologies is expanding its Wilmington, NC team and seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to support the sales team and customers in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The role focuses on processing inquiries, quotes, orders, and returns while contributing to sales generation.

You will lift up to 50 lbs, maintain attention to detail, and operate on-site with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service or inside sales experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (MVR).
• Authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries, quotes, order processing, expediting/returns.
• Sourcing parts and assisting in generating sales.
• Help in the stockroom as needed.
• Drive and deliver material to customers as required.
