Position Summary

The Customer Service Support Representative (CSSR) serves as the primary point of contact for customers calling or emailing DTS Fluid Power, handling order inquiries, quotes, product questions, and account support. This is primarily a phone- and inside-sales-based role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to learn our product lines and systems quickly. Prior experience with fluid power or hydraulic components is a plus but not required - training will be provided.
