What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries, prepare quotes, and process/exacct orders and returns
• Source parts from suppliers nationwide
• Generate sales through upselling, add‑ons, and customer education
• Assist in the stockroom and deliver orders to customers as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• 1+ year of customer service, inside sales, mechanical, or maintenance experience (preferred: industrial distribution or parts counter environment)
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (MVR)
