Position Overview

Our Customer Sales & Service Representatives are knowledgeable, energetic and consistently deliver the best overall customer experience. To succeed in this role, you need to be passionate and customer obsessed while serving commercial and residential consumers in the green industry.

What you’ll do:

  1. Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
  2. Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
  3. Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
  4. Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
  5. Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
  6. Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
  7. Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.

Skills We Are Seeking

  1. Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting, preferred
  2. Hardscape knowledge required
  3. Excellent customer service skills
  4. Green industry experience or knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation product a plus
  5. Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working
  6. Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions
  7. Inventory management experience helpful
  8. Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  9. High school diploma or equivalent preferred
