Job summary

Gertens in Loretto, MN is seeking a part-time Customer Sales Representative to join our garden and lawn product team. This role offers up to 20 hours per week with weekend availability and either opening or closing shifts on weekdays.

You will greet customers, recommend products, process payments, and help maintain displays, including outdoor setups and carry-out service. You may handle live chicks and seasonal items, operate the cash register, and assist with stock and order fulfillment in a

• Must be at least 18 years old to cross train on warehouse equipment.
• 1+ year of customer service and cash handling experience preferred.
• Availability to work weekend hours and Opening or Closing shifts (this is essential for the role!).
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, etc.).
• A love for customer service, with excellent communication and listening skills!

Salary Range: $15.00 To $17.00 Hourly

If you love working with people and are ready to take on a fun, fast-paced environment, we want YOU! This position will offer up to 20 hours/week. Candidates must be available to work weekend hours as well as opening OR closing shifts during the week.
