Job summary

Hercules Sealing Products on-site in Clearwater, FL seeks a Customer Sales Operations Supervisor to lead the Customer Sales Support team, drive service levels, staffing, and process adherence to ensure outstanding customer experiences.

You will partner with leadership to resolve escalations, manage real-time metrics, and coach staff for continuous improvement. This is a salaried role with a Monday–Friday schedule and flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Operations, Management, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in customer service or sales support with leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM, contact-center systems, and data analysis.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Customer Sales Support team to achieve service, quality, and customer-experience goals.
• Manage real-time contact-center performance and workforce execution.
• Coach, evaluate, and develop staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Analyze performance data to identify root causes and drive improvements.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate order capture and issue resolution.
