Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales/Customer Service representative in On-Site Mobile, AL to support customers, process orders, and identify new sales opportunities while delivering a premier experience. You will collaborate with customers, quote and fulfill orders, and stay up-to-date on Trane products and promotions.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and experience in fast-paced customer-focused settings, with a proven ability to build relationships and maintain service

Responsibilities

• Provide support to customers and determine best method to resolve problems
• Partner with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add-on extensions
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints about Parts and Supply offerings
• Stay informed on Trane products, offerings, and promotions to deliver premier customer experience and drive sales
• Interact with customers by phone and in person
• Execute quote and order management with accuracy to expedite fulfillment and delivery
• Assist with warehouse/inventory management as needed
• Maintain flexibility to work overtime/weekends as required

Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

What you will do:

• Provide support to customers and find the best method to resolve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Partners with customers to grow sales by identifying related products or add on extensions.
• Process customer orders and respond to inquiries, questions or complaints regarding Parts and Supply offerings and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction and future sales.
• Keep current on knowledge of Trane Products, offerings, and promotions in order to provide a premier customer experience and drive sales.
• Interact with customers both on the phone and in person.
• Executes quote and order management processes with high level of accuracy to expedite the fulfillment process and ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery – entering quotes and invoices and follow through on fulfillment.
• Assists with warehouse/inventory management work as needed.
• Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.

What you will bring:

• H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
• Inside sales, retail, or related experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, customer focused environment with a focus on customer service, continuous improvement, and safety.
• Proven experience in building customer relationships and maintaining professional customer service even in challenging situations.

Annual Base Salary Range or Hourly Base Pay Range:

$52,376.66 - $76,194.99
