GSP Transportation in Richlands, NC is hiring a Customer Sales Agent- Airport to greet customers and ensure a smooth car rental transaction by following SOPs. You will handle inquiries, promote service options, and assist customers through the rental process, reporting to the supervisor.

The ideal candidate has a valid driver’s license, 21+ or 3 years licensed, strong problem-solving, basic computer skills, and a high school diploma. Prior customer service and sales experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including data entry, typing, and some experience with Word and Excel

Responsibilities

• Handle rental car transactions to accommodate customers

• Enter and maintain information in location logs
• Complete car exchange requests in the computer system

Position Summary

The CSA greets customers and ensures a smooth car rental transaction by following all SOPs and work instructions. The CSA offers optional supplementary products, handles phone and counter inquiries, addresses customer concerns, and guides customers through the rental transaction.

Management Responsibilities

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. This position reports to the Counter Supervisor and Location Manager.

• Prolonged periods of sitting, working on a computer, twisting, bending, and walking; getting in and out of vehicles, driving, and inspecting vehicles
