Job summary

Unified Logistics Operating Group is seeking experienced freight brokers to join our team as Independent Customer Sales Agents (1099). Manage and grow your book of business with an aggressive commission split and uncapped earning potential while having the freedom to run your operations cradle-to-grave.

You will prospect new opportunities, nurture customer relationships, source carrier capacity, and manage shipments from pickup to delivery in a remote, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of freight brokerage or transportation sales experience.
• Existing transferable book of business required.
• Proven ability to generate and maintain revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing the complete freight brokerage process and load life cycle.
