Avis Budget Group is hiring at our airport locations for an outdoor customer-service role focused on vehicle returns in Palm Springs, CA. You will greet customers, secure keys, log mileage and fuel, and check vehicles into our system while delivering friendly, professional service.

Requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, strong communication, and the ability to stand and work outdoors. On-site, full-time availability and a willingness to work multiple shifts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Position requires regular, on-site presence; cannot be remote.
• 6 months retail or customer-service experience is a bonus.

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the rental lot.

Responsibilities

We're hiring immediately! Do you enjoy working outdoors and helping customers complete their experience on a positive note? If you're friendly, dependable, and take pride in providing great service, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations.

In this role, you'll be a key part of the return process - helping customers move smoothly through their drop-off while ensuring vehicles are accurately checked in and ready for the next rental.

What You'll Do:

In this outdoor role, you will assist customers as they return their rental vehicles. This includes greeting customers, securing keys, recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition, and checking cars into our computer system. You will also help ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and accurately, all while delivering professional, friendly customer service.
