Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Hawaii is hiring an on-site Vehicle Return Associate at our airport location. This outdoor role involves greeting customers, handling keys, and recording mileage, fuel levels, and vehicle condition as cars are checked in.

You’ll enter data into our system, ensure smooth processing, and deliver friendly, reliable service. A valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and willingness to work outdoors are required; prior retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• On-site role; cannot be performed remotely.
• 6 months of retail or customer service experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers returning rental vehicles and assist them at the lot.
• Secure keys, record mileage, fuel levels and vehicle condition.
• Check cars into the computer system and ensure accurate processing.
