Avis Budget Group is hiring for an outdoor, on-site role at our airport locations in Vandalia, OH. You will assist customers through the rental and return process, using a handheld device and delivering a smooth, positive experience.

We seek candidates with a valid driver's license, basic computer skills, and a customer-first mindset. This position requires outdoor work, flexibility for all shifts, and is on-site at the airport. Prior retail or fast-paced service is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the rental and return process on airport lots.
• Check vehicles and enter information into handheld devices.
• Process rentals for loyalty customers and assist at exit gates and vehicle returns.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service to ensure a smooth, efficient experience for every customer.

What You'll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout various parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on the location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking in vehicles at return. Across all duties, you'll provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.
