• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions.
• Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives.
• Own execution.
• 48-hour Service Level Agreement
• Underwriting follow-up same day
• Need-based product identification and household expansion.
• Protect retention.

Salary

• Position includes benefits package, including health and dental insurance contribution, PTO, and performance bonus. Total compensation potential is $50,000+ including the benefits package.
