Grade/Salary: Grade 05 - $15.00 - $19.34 Per Hour

Job Description

The Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry, Bureau of Parks and Lands Division, is recruiting for a Customer Representative Assistant I position at Lamoine State Park.

Responsibilities include: greeting and assisting visitors, providing information about services and facilities, managing cash and income from entrance fees, maintaining toll facilities, securing equipment, attending training, understanding communication and emergency procedures, adhering to policies, and following emergency operating procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Ability to follow directions.

Licensing Requirements

Some positions may require a valid Class C Maine Motor Vehicle Operator’s License before achieving permanent status.

Additional Information
  • Applicants must be 18 or older; lifeguards must be 16 or older.

  • Housing is available only in specific areas; generally, not at other parks.
  • Most positions require 40 hours/week, including weekends and some holidays.
  • Uniforms are provided.
