What You’ll Be Doing

As a Customer Representative, you'll work directly with customers while representing a variety of client campaigns throughout the Tampa area.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building positive relationships through face-to-face customer interactions.
• Representing client products, services, or charitable initiatives professionally.
• Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable solutions.
• Providing accurate information about current campaigns.
• Supporting customers through the registration or sales process.
• Delivering an outstanding customer experience.
• Working alongside your team to achieve campaign objectives.
