Position Overview

The Customer Relationship Specialist supports the Field Inside Sales Team by coordinating prequalification processes, managing documentation, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM records, handling NDA and COI requests, supporting sales activities, and assisting with client communications and documentation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with sales to complete prequalification documents.
2. Update CRM with communication logs and prequalification status.
3. Manage NDA and COI requests within CRM.
4. Support the sales team with CRM and sales protocols.
5. Provide customer support during team members' absences.
6. Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
7. Maintain professionalism and uphold safety policies.
8. Perform other duties as assigned, ensuring compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

Qualifications

Education: High school diploma required; some college preferred, especially in business or technical fields. Mechanical aptitude is a plus.

Experience: 2-4 years in a quota-driven sales environment, with experience prospecting and selling technical services, preferably in pharmaceuticals or water systems industries.

Skills: Proficiency in CRM, Microsoft Office, effective communication, and ability to interact with diverse teams. Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial spirit. Ability to learn technical service details and comply with export laws.

Additional Information

Willing to travel up to 10% overnight by land or air.
