Job summary

Pryer Aerospace in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Full Time Customer Relationship Manager to oversee receipt and processing of customer orders and ensure timely, accurate communication to boost customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support quoting, delivery, and quality objectives, while monitoring profitability and managing accounts receivable. Strong ERP experience is valued; high school diploma required, Bachelor's preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service experience required.
• 1+ years ERP experience preferred, aerospace a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and perform pre-acceptance review for alignment with quotes or contracts.
• Review terms and conditions to ensure proper flowdown to all affected functions.
• Enter and maintain Sales Orders in Epicor aligned with customer and company requirements.
• Process customer Change Orders promptly and coordinate with Quoting to assess impacts.
• Monitor order execution and provide status updates to customers and Operations.

PRYER Aerospace is hiring for a Full Time Customer Relationship Manager for our Tulsa, OK location. ASK ABOUT OUR SIGN ON BONUS!

PRYER Aerospace is a leading provider of structural components, assemblies and kits to the aerospace industry. We specialize in the fabrication of complex sheet metal and machined components for commercial, corporate and military aircraft.

POSITION SUMMARY: Manage receipt and processing of customer orders and monitor implementation and execution through delivery. Ensure timely, accurate and consistent communication with assigned customers to promote customer satisfaction. Support cross-functional teams with data and feedback as to company performance relative to customer Quality and Delivery expectations.

RESPONSIBILITY

• Receive customer purchase orders and perform appropriate pre-acceptance review for alignment with submitted quote or other contractual agreements (e.g. LTA).
• Review customer Terms & Conditions and specific purchase order requirements to ensure proper flowdown to all affected functional organizations.
• Enter and maintain Sales Orders in Epicor aligned with customer, contractual and company requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of customer Change Orders within the company Change Board. Coordinate with the customer and support Quoting department to develop company terms for impacts of customer change.
• Monitor order execution, including nonrecurring when applicable, and provide timely status to customer while also providing customer feedback to Operations for prioritization decisions.
• Monitor customer Quality and Delivery ratings and coordinate with customer to minimize impacts of assigned items on said ratings.
• Support and administrate Working Together Teams as applicable.
• Monitor profitability of assigned customer product lines.
• Manage Accounts Receivable delinquencies to ensure prompt customer payment.

Qualifications

EDUCATION: High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.

• 1+ years customer service experience required
• 1+ years of ERP experience preferred, aerospace a plus
