Fidelity Investments is seeking a Customer Relationship Advocate to join the team on a full-time basis onsite in the US. This role focuses on delivering outstanding customer service to Fidelity clients, handling inbound calls, and supporting a variety of client needs including trades and money movements.
The program includes licensing preparation for FINRA SIE, Series 7, and 63, fully sponsored by Fidelity, with paid study time and coaching.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, this role requires on‑site presence one week (five days) out of every four weeks. On‑site expectations may evolve as the rollout continues.

You will be a licensed professional providing outstanding customer service while answering inbound phone calls and supporting Fidelity’s valued clients. You will develop skills to assist with a broad range of client needs, including trade requests, money movement, online support, and more.
As a new CRA, you’ll learn about the financial services industry, apply new concepts, develop, and practice new skills, and push yourself to accomplish new goals through three major milestones.
