Fidelity Investments is seeking a Customer Relationship Advocate to deliver exceptional service to clients via inbound calls, while preparing for FINRA licenses with company sponsorship.
You will be part of a phased onsite model, with one week onsite every four weeks, and gain exposure to licensing coaching, career development, and a broad range of client needs including trades and money movement.

Currently, this role is required to be onsite for one week (all 5 days) out of every four weeks. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.
