Fidelity Investments in Smithfield, RI is hiring a Financial Customer Associate for a full-time, onsite role. You will assist customers with 401(k) balances, withdrawals, loans, and account maintenance, and provide educational resources.
You’ll participate in a 14-week training cohort to develop skills and confidence in handling a broad range of inquiries. Strong communication, empathy, and adaptability are essential.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, this role is required to be onsite for one week (Monday‑Friday, all 5 days) out of every four weeks. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve as the rollout continues.

Monday – Friday. Training hours are 8:30 am – 5:00 pm EST, and post‑training must be able to work an 8‑hour shift between the hours of 10 am – Midnight EST.
Fidelity is transitioning to a full‑time onsite working model through a phased rollout across regions and roles. Currently, some roles and locations require 100% onsite presence, while others require less. Onsite expectations are likely to evolve. This transition does not apply to fully remote roles.
