Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our award-winning office as a Customer Relations Representative. As a representative for the industry leader in insurance, you will have the opportunity to interact with customers, solve their problems, and provide exceptional service.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and needs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by actively listening to their concerns and providing effective solutions.
  • Assist customers in navigating insurance policies, explaining coverage options, and ensuring they have a clear understanding of their policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as claims and underwriting, to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless experience.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing our insurance agency with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge, including insurance regulations and product offerings, to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications
  • Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide outstanding service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and find creative solutions to customer issues.
  • Quick learner, able to understand and explain complex insurance policies and coverage options.

  • Prior experience in customer service or insurance is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate through different software systems.
