Canon USA is seeking a Camera Customer Relations Representative I (Representative, Cust Rel I) to work in our Costa Mesa, CA factory service center. This position will be proactive and responsible for repair estimation data entry with some minimal reporting into an Excel spreadsheet. The estimation activity is required to be performed at the front counter face-to-face with our customers. Communication is also required via telephone when necessary to verify or update an estimate.
We are providing the anticipated rate for this role:$17.20 -21.15 hourly
