Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries on insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a needs-based review.
