Job summary

AutoNation is redefining the car-buying experience, seeking a driven e-Commerce Sales Associate to engage customers online, by phone, and in-store. You will respond to leads quickly, answer questions, and guide buyers toward a confident purchase in a no-haggle environment.

You’ll help transition customers to the Service department, aiming for exceptional satisfaction and loyalty, with a compensation structure that includes commission and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Prior sales experience, retail preferred.
• Demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers online, over the phone and in person to guide vehicle purchases in a no-haggle environment.
• Respond to leads in a timely fashion and provide information to move customers from contact to in-store experience.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and drive loyalty, transitioning them to the Service department as needed.
