Your future is calling at HTC. Inside our Call Center, you can play a major role in keeping members happy and connected to the products and services they need most. Help HTC maintain fulfilling relationships with members and grow your career along the way.

By leading at the front line of our cooperative, you’ll offer customized solutions, identify sales opportunities, and provide service for our members. You’ll bring strong skills in relationship building and conflict resolution to motivate members to continue using our products. This involves creative negotiation and sales techniques in a fast-paced environment.

What is on the line? Under general supervision, a Customer Relations Associate in our Call Center accepts, solicits, and processes new sales across all lines of business, including telephone, cable television, broadband, wireless, and related products and services.

While this position is part of HTC's Call Center queue, it is not located in our central Call Center facility. The role reports to our location in Georgetown.

Requirements for this role include:

  • Completed a high school degree or GED and pursuing an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Business-related field.
  • Understanding of the latest technology.
  • Customer Service Experience is Preferred.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, call-out, call-in, shift work, and some holidays.
