USTBC ABB Installation Products Inc. is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to represent the Voice of the Customer and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions across cross-functional teams.

You will analyze quality data to identify risks, enable teams to prevent issues, and coach staff on customer-focused problem solving while maintaining compliance and strong communication with stakeholders.

Competenze

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• Ideal candidate has knowledge of 5S, 8D, RCA, PPAP and can discuss them.
• Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States.

This position reports to: Customer Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Voice of the Customer within the organization.
• Facilitating resolution of customer cases by following a robust root cause analysis and implementing preventive and corrective actions.
• Using quality data analytics from the organization to identify risks, failures, and non-conformances.
• Enable and coach employees to evaluate risks, problems, and solutions from a customer/ stakeholder point of view.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
• The ideal candidate should have at least a basic knowledge of 2 of the following principles and should be able to elaborate on the concepts: 5S, 8D Reports, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).
• Ability to lead a team and work with cross-functional teams.
• Great communication skills and diplomacy to deal with our customers.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Candidates must already have a work authorization that allows them to work for ABB in the United States.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant's qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $68,600 and $109,760 annually.
