Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or an Associate's degree combined with relevant industry experience.
  • Experience in quality management, engineering, manufacturing, product development, or project management.
  • Knowledge of high voltage products, electrical power systems, or related technologies is preferred.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and resolve complex customer concerns.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, SharePoint, and other business systems.
  • Fluent English communication skills; additional language capabilities are an advantage.

  • Lead root cause investigations for failures involving high voltage products.
  • Coordinate customer complaints and drive timely, sustainable resolutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reliability.
  • Prepare and present technical reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators to support business decisions.
  • Lead and support quality and continuous improvement projects.
  • Provide technical support and coordinate on-site investigations when required.
  • Identify improvement opportunities and drive implementation of corrective actions.
