Job summary

IDEX Corporation in Rutherford, NJ is seeking a Customer Quality Analyst to support customer quality activities, maintain records in QCBD, and assist with warranty investigations. Working under the Customer Quality Engineer, you will ensure data integrity and provide admin support for quality processes across the organization.

This role emphasizes ISO 9001 compliance, data-driven reporting, and collaboration with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams within the Airtech business

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred in technical, quality, or related fields.
• 0–3 years in quality, manufacturing, customer service operations, or related fields preferred.
• Experience maintaining records in QMS/ERP/CRM systems preferred.
• Familiarity with customer complaints, warranty processes, CAPA, or quality documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and maintain customer complaint records in QCBD and related quality systems.
• Track open complaints and warranty cases for timely updates and escalation of overdue items.
• Prepare investigation packets and supporting documentation for review by the Customer Quality Engineer.
• Generate reports and dashboards; identify trends and ensure data accuracy and traceability.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Service teams to collect required information.
