Job summary

Graybar is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our project orders in a Monday–Friday 8:00am–5:00pm role in Massachusetts. You will perform order entry for large projects, prepare material submittals, manage returns and credits, and provide reports to customers and suppliers using project software.

Coordinate deliveries to ensure on-time performance and handle job-billings and invoicing. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of experience, strong organizational and customer service

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience preferred in roles involving order processing or project coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills required.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office is preferred.

Compensation Details

The expected starting rate of pay for this position is $25.78 per hour, depending on experience.
