Job summary

Harland Medical Systems in Eden Prairie seeks a Program Manager to maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers in the Method Development area and assist Sales and Method Development teams in managing projects for new customers.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Customer service experience is required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Attention to detail and accuracy; able to manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the monitoring of applicable Sales Orders through fulfillment and resolve issues.
• Gather information and communicate customer requirements; assist in prioritizing programs.
• Coordinate with customer service, production and development to plan orders.
• Respond to customer inquiries with timely, accurate information and support.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide updates on forecasts and plans.
• Act as liaison between customer and internal departments for escalations.
