Job summary

SCN - Search Consulting Network seeks a highly organized Customer Program Specialist to link customers, manufacturing, logistics, and internal operations from forecast through production and delivery. You’ll manage programs while coordinating priorities across global teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in customer program management, manufacturing operations, production planning, project management, supply chain, or inventory management.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • ERP experience, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills; experience with VBA, Access, Power BI, SQL, or other automation tools is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build relationships across customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of fiber optic connectivity, networking products, electronics, or data center infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer order management, delivery schedules, and program coordination.
  • Analyze customer forecasts and collaborate with manufacturing teams to develop production plans.
  • Coordinate with multiple production facilities and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Manage purchase orders, inventory, production orders, and delivery information within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Monitor changing customer priorities and communicate updates across manufacturing, logistics, and internal teams.
  • Maintain Bills of Material (BOMs), production planning, and inventory transactions.
  • Resolve delivery and production issues while providing exceptional customer support.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and ERP utilization.
  • Prepare operational reports and support continuous improvement initiatives.
