Job summary

AlphaSense in Canada (Remote) is hiring an Associate, Customer & Product Support to join the growing C&PS team. This role blends technical knowledge of our platform with a deep understanding of users to maximize value and ensure excellent customer service.

You will be the first line of support, handling inquiries, guiding users through features, and partnering with Product and Engineering to relay feedback. A minimum of 3 years in client-facing support is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a client/product support role.
• Customer-first mindset and ability to resolve complex problems.
• Strong communication and ability to distill complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a world-class customer experience and act as the first line of support.
• Guide customers through features to maximize value and resolve questions.
• Investigate, diagnose and troubleshoot queries via email and live chat.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and drive improvements.
