Job summary

Teleflex is seeking a Vascular & Emergency Medicine (VEM) liaison to ensure success of the internal and external customers along the VEM journey. You will manage sales orders, inquiries, and inventory communications, interfacing with product managers on transitions and service disruptions.

Responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and sales on inventory transitions, mitigating E&O, and overseeing SAP order workflows in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or related field, or 5 years relevant experience.
• 3+ years in customer service or sales
• 3+ years in consumer packaged goods or medical device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and sales regarding inquiries, order status, backorders, product changes and pricing related to VEM products.
• Monitor and release product constraints and exclusions to ensure allocation and timely release.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales on inventory transition plans during VEM product introductions to ensure customer success.
• Monitor and take actions to mitigate E&O on VEM products, including escalation to management and managing product constraint processes.
• Oversee order management with CS staff: order processing and monitoring, pricing verification, and inventory levels.
• Assist marketing with RFIs and RFPs.
• Investigate and resolve data and order management system problems.
• Monitor and release VEM orders in SAP to facilitate distribution processing.
• Work with sales reps and customers to sell/donate expired or on reserve products.
• Interface with key departments (VEM Marketing, CS, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Accounting, distribution, and manufacturing) across domestic and international facilities.
• Support customers with Non-Sterile Sample Requests.
• Provide feedback on potential process improvement ideas.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
