Job Responsibilities
Sales and Partnership Expansion
  • Research and understand customer demand
  • Draft new service offerings and support and/or lead delivering proposal directly to the customer
  • Create and share materials that facilitate the expansion of our partnership with the customer to increase sales and strengthen the relationship
Customer Support
  • Must embody at all times supervisor customer support with laser focus on quality, cost, time and customer priorities
  • Obtain and respond to quotes according to customer requirements via phone and email with a sense of urgency
  • Manage shipment or ordered products to ensure on-time or earlier delivery against commitment dates
  • Communicate product shipping schedules when requested by customer
  • Support compliance to quality and work, if needed, with the customer service and procurement teams on quality claims
Competency Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Highly proficient and consummately professional in business email and all forms of communications
  • Bilingual Japanese/English- must be able to speak and write
  • Pas sales experience
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  • Outstanding ability establishing, building, and maintaining customer relationships
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to walk, stand, lift up to 20 pounds and bend in a manufacturing environment

Pay Rate: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour plus incentive

This is the lowest to highest rate we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location and prevailing minimum wage, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs.
