Job summary

Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a Customer Pricing Analyst to support hybrid work in Towson, MD, with responsibilities spanning pricing setup, maintenance, and analysis. You will work with SAP, Salesforce, and pricing workflows while ensuring accurate order pricing, discounts, and term conditions.

Qualifications

• Solid computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel, and data warehousing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within a global team.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and propose pricing actions.
• Good time management and prioritization skills.
• Experience with SAP and/or AS400 is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Business/Operations or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years in Customer Operations or Supply Chain roles.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain pricing: base, contract, discounts, freight, pay terms, events.
• Monitor team mailboxes for issue resolution.
• Research and resolve order price blocks.
• Maintain pricing reports and prepare quotes for orders.
• Analyze pricing proposals for promotions across channels.
• Support line reviews within Strategic Business Units.
• Provide ad hoc analyses as needed.

The Job

• Systems - SAP, Salesforce, Metastorm (Pricing Workflow), SharePoint (Intranet Workspace), AS400
• Creation and maintenance of pricing: Base, Contract, Discounts, Freight, Pay Terms, Events, etc
• Monitoring of team mailboxes for issue resolution
• Order price block research and resolution
• Maintenance reporting and order quotes
• Provide analysis and recommendations on viability of proposed pricing actions related to promotions within all channels of distribution
• Analysis for line reviews within the Strategic Business Units
• Ad hoc analysis as needed

Salary

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00

This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
