Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. is seeking a Customer Pricing Analyst to join the Americas Supply Chain team in a hybrid role, based in New Britain, CT; Towson, MD; or Valley City, OH. The role focuses on pricing creation, maintenance and analysis across all channels, using SAP, Salesforce and related tools.

You’ll monitor queues, research price blocks, and support line reviews with business units. You will bring 3–5 years in Customer Operations or Supply Chain, BA/BS in a related field, strong

• 3-5 years of Customer Operations or Supply Chain experience
• BA/BS Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Operations Mgt, or related preferred
• Solid computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, SAP, Excel and Business Warehouse
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn and ability to analyze and problem-solve
• Time management skills
• SAP and/or AS400 experience preferred

• Maintain reporting and provide order quotes
• Provide analysis and recommendations on pricing actions for promotions across channels
• Analyze data for line reviews within Strategic Business Units
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed

The Job

As a Customer Pricing Analyst you’ll be part of our Americas Supply Chain team as a hybrid employee. In this role you’ll get to:

• Systems - SAP, Salesforce, Metastorm (Pricing Workflow), SharePoint (Intranet Workspace), AS400
• Creation and maintenance of pricing: Base, Contract, Discounts, Freight, Pay Terms, Events, etc
• Monitoring of team mailboxes for issue resolution
• Order price block research and resolution
• Maintenance reporting and order quotes
• Provide analysis and recommendations on viability of proposed pricing actions related to promotions within all channels of distribution
• Analysis for line reviews within the Strategic Business Units
• Ad hoc analysis as needed

The Salary range for this position is $62,200.00 - $100,200.00 This is the lowest to highest annual full-time salary range we would pay for this role at the time of this posting.

The salary offered within the range may vary depending on multiple factors including job level, geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience and in compliance with local wage requirements.
