Job summary

  • Electrical background/utility experience preferred.
  • ABET or equivalent accredited engineering or technical school/program.
  • A valid US driver's license.
  • ADM Exam.
  • Compliance with 10 CFR 810 regulation is required.

  • Handle all customer inquiries, requests, complaints, etc. involving the establishment and maintenance of electric service.
  • Determine, prepare and/or perform-demand, load factor, projected revenue, proper metering equipment, rate application, service deposits, agreements for electric extensions, application of tariffs, rules and regulations codes and standards, secure easements, communicate company programs, service inspections.
  • Applying technical expertise and company construction standards, design and application standards, procedures and guides, plan, design, prepare sketches, cost estimates and necessary orders for the construction and maintenance of all electric transmission and distribution facilities.
  • Act as coordinator for work orders and coordinate activities to provide service to the customer in a timely manner.
