Four Hands, headquartered in Austin, Texas, is seeking a dependable Customer Pickup Associate to join our warehouse team. You will pick and stage orders for customer pickup, load/unload trucks, and safely load products into customers' vehicles while maintaining accurate paperwork.

In this role, you will uphold safety protocols, use a warehouse management system and Microsoft Office tools, and collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity goals. Prior warehouse experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with WMS, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and maneuver items up to 225 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable with walking, standing, bending, and reaching for up to 8 hours per day.

Responsabilités

• Pick and stage orders for customer pickup.
• Load and unload containers or trucks.
• Load product safely into customers' vehicles.
• Stage and organize customers' invoices.
• Scan inventory into correct storage locations.
• Transfer finished materials within the warehouse.
• Identify items on paperwork (orders, labels, manifests).
• Maintain a safe, organized, clean work environment per safety policies.
• Meet productivity requirements as needed.
